Services described

Pages describe professional reporting, charting, review, and briefing services. Published fee ranges are guidance only. A written estimate or statement of work confirms scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for a specific engagement.

Intellectual property

Website copy, layout, and original graphics belong to Content Bloomcore unless otherwise noted. Upon full payment for an engagement, you receive a licence to use the delivered report and chart files for your internal business purposes and external presentations. We retain the right to reuse anonymised methodological approaches. Client data remains yours.

Client responsibilities

You warrant that you have the right to share survey files and related materials with us, and that personal data is shared lawfully. Delays in providing complete files may shift delivery dates without liability for consequential loss.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Content Bloomcore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from reliance on reports beyond the caveats stated in those reports. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep information current but do not warrant that every page is complete or error-free. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from services commissioned through this site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
