Client stories

Specific notes from brand and research partners who commissioned reports, chart packs, or briefings—not star widgets.

Consumer Insights Report · beauty category · 2025

“The draft arrived with every base on the chart, which meant our category director stopped asking ‘n equals what?’ midway through. The first narrative was a touch long for our fortnightly forum; after one revision it fitted the twenty-minute slot without losing the claim ranking.”

H. Tang, brand research manager

Survey Chart Pack · QSR · 2026

“We already had the story written. Content Bloomcore rebuilt twelve charts to match our previous wave’s colour logic and fixed the occasion cut that had been double-counting. Turnaround was eight days; I wish we had sent the SPSS file cleaner on day one.”

Adrian P., insights coordinator

Stakeholder Briefing · retail media · 2025

“They refused to pack forty slides into the hour, which felt strict until the meeting ended on time with three decisions logged. The PDF report did the heavy evidence work afterward for people who missed the call.”

S. Lau, partnerships lead

Questionnaire & Cut Plan Review · financial services · 2026

“The review caught two ranking questions that would have produced unreadable charts. We rewrote them before field. Mild reservation: the memo assumed more internal stats literacy than our junior partners had, so we added a glossary ourselves.”

Extended note: wave continuity for a grocery brand

A Hong Kong grocery brand returned for a fourth wave after an agency change left their chart language inconsistent. We rebuilt the core tracker charts—awareness, trial, and reason-to-buy—using the prior labelling conventions, then added one new occasion cut the commercial team needed for a summer display.

Constraint: the sample for the new occasion cell was thin outside Kowloon. We kept the chart in the appendix with a clear base note and used the main report to focus on the stable tracker. The briefing used seven slides; the full PDF carried the rest for the category team’s archive.
