How we work

A clear path from your research questions and data files to a report your stakeholders can argue from—without inventing a software product in the middle.

  1. Brief & files

We meet (video or at Shun Tak Centre) to capture the decisions the study must support, the audiences in the room, and the formats of your survey export. Incomplete codebooks get flagged early.

  2. Chart plan

You receive a one-page chart plan: proposed cuts, chart types, and what stays in the appendix. You approve or trim before we spend time drawing everything.

  3. Draft report

Annotated charts and a written narrative arrive together. Bases, weighting notes, and limitations sit beside the findings rather than in a distant appendix alone.

  4. Revision

One structured revision round covers wording, emphasis, and any cut you decide to promote or demote after internal review.

  5. Briefing (optional)

We can walk leadership through the approved report with a short deck derived from it—keeping the durable evidence in the PDF.
